At NameTech Solutions BV we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we process your personal data when you visit the RubixB2 website and contact us, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we process and why
a) When you visit the website
Our web server keeps technical server logs to keep the site secure and available: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use any analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
b) Demo / contact form
When you submit the form we process: full name, company, e-mail address, phone number (optional), topic of interest, field team size, your message and the language in which the site was displayed. We use this information only to answer your request, schedule a demo and prepare an offer. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering your request (Art. 6(1)(f)).
c) Contact by e-mail
If you e-mail us directly, we process the information in your e-mail to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
d) Language preference
The language you choose is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage). It is not sent to us. See our Cookie Policy for details.
3. Service providers and recipients
- Hosting: the website is hosted on a virtual server that we rent from OVHcloud (OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France), located in a data centre in Germany. Server logs stay within the European Union.
- Form delivery: form submissions are forwarded to our e-mail address via the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co).
- Google Maps: the map in the contact section is only loaded by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) when you click "Load map". Your IP address and browser information are then sent to Google. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give or withhold by choosing whether to load the map. - Fonts are served from our own server; no data is shared with third parties for this purpose.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Transfers outside the EEA
Our website is hosted in the European Union. Some service providers, such as form delivery and Google Maps, may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the USA. Such transfers rely on safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
We keep requests received via the form or e-mail for a maximum of 24 months after the request has been handled. If your request leads to a customer relationship, data is kept for as long as legal retention obligations require. Server logs are kept for no more than 14 days and are then deleted automatically.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Send your requests to info@nametech.be.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35 / Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
7. Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
